Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Certain products, subscriptions, or promotions may include shipping in the purchase price.
Mailer Club Memberships
Shipping for active mailer club memberships is included in the monthly membership price.
Subscription Cutoff
New members who subscribe on or before the 15th of the month will receive the next scheduled collection.
Subscriptions placed after the 15th may begin with the following month's collection.
Mailing Schedule
Mailer club collections are typically shipped during the last week of each month.
Delivery times vary based on destination and postal service performance.
Address Changes
Members are responsible for keeping their shipping address up to date.
Address changes must be submitted before the monthly billing and fulfillment period.
PeachPress Co. is not responsible for mail sent to an outdated address provided by the customer.
Domestic Shipping
Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations and local conditions.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries.
International delivery times vary by destination and may take several weeks.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
PeachPress Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Some mailer club shipments and lightweight mail may be sent without tracking.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos whenever possible.
While we will do our best to assist with lost or delayed shipments, PeachPress Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather events, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional postage before reshipment.
