Refund & Return Policy

At PeachPress Co., we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Order Changes

Order changes or cancellations may be requested before an order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Backordered Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you by email with an estimated shipping date. Backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are products available for purchase before they are in stock. Estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page whenever possible. We will provide updates by email if shipping dates change.

Mailer Club Memberships

Due to the custom and recurring nature of our mailer club memberships, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable once a collection has been prepared or shipped.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time through their customer account or by contacting us before the next billing cycle.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible physical products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused or in original condition.

  • Books, stickers, collectibles, and other products must be returned in resalable condition.

  • Digital products are non-refundable.

  • Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

To request a return, email hello@peachpressco.com and include your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging whenever possible so we can quickly assist you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
